Biblical harmonies : ウィキペディア英語版
Biblical harmony

A Biblical harmony is a hermeneutic method of analyzing parallel and often disparate accounts within the Bible in an attempt to resolve apparent conflicts and demonstrate its cohesive unity. This will often take the form of a chart or table showing the harmony among the books of the Bible.〔(A Bible study chart which shows harmony of the Scriptures ).〕 Many Study Bibles, such as the MacArthur Study Bible, contain such harmonies. They are helpful, for instance, for finding parallel verses among the four Synoptic Gospels or between the Books of Kings and Books of Chronicles. Comparing passages of Scripture with one another yields a unified message to the readers outlining communication from God to man in inerrant form. The concept of biblical harmony stems from the fact that even though the biblical books were written by human authors, God guided the authors so that his message would be transmitted without error.
